Edmund’s Oast Hosts A Five Course Sherry Dinner on Tuesday, December 15

As a way to showcase their growing Sherry collection, Edmund’s Oast will host an all Sherry wine dinner on Tuesday, December 15 starting at 6:30PM. The five course dinner prepared by Chef Reid Henninger will feature small plates including cured meats, sausages with potatoes and pimentón, chicken with slow roasted garlic, and citrus and buttermilk with bitter greens. Some of the Sherry’s being poured along with the dishes include La Cigarrera, Manzanilla Pasada and Fernando de Castilla, Fino en Rama. The dinner is $80 per person and space is limited.
