Cellar Experience is excited to announce another in its series of wine classes: Sparkling Wines 101. This class is being held in the beautiful kitchen and dining room of Chef Bob Waggoner. Intended for those new to wine as well as true oenophiles, this explore the world of sparkling wines, from Champagne to Cava, Prosecco to domestic sparkling wines, we will discuss the different methods for creating those enticing bubbles and what differentiates the different styles and production methods. Everyone is sure to have a relaxing and enjoyable time and leave having learned a little something new.
