Paris Wine Company Dinner at Edmund's Oast

Edmund’s Oast and McCarus Beverage Company will collaborate on a special five-course dinner featuring wines from the Paris Wine Company. The intimate dinner takes place on Monday, November 28 starting at 6:30PM in The Bower and is $95 per person, all inclusive. Josh Adler, owner of Paris Wine Company, will be onsite sharing more details on the wines showcased. Chef Reid Henninger will serve dishes paired with the following rare wines:
