Edmund’s Oast Exchange Hosts Wine School: Introduction to Burgundy

Leading up to the opening of Edmund’s Oast Exchange, the beverage team from the retail establishment will begin offering a series of educational classes and tastings at Edmund’s Oast. The first in the series is a Wine School led by Certified Sommelier Sarah O’Kelley that focuses on an Introduction to Burgundy. During the Wine School on Tuesday, January 31 starting at 6:30 p.m., attendees will taste a variety of wines focused on the major sub regions of Burgundy including Chablis, Côte de Nuits, Côte de Beaune, and Beaujolais.  Sarah will share insights on the geology, climate, and history of each featured wine. Tickets are $50 and include small bites by Chef Reid Henninger paired with each wine.
