Holiday tables can be the most fun and most challenging pairing environment. Our class on Saturday, November 3, at 3:00 p.m., will help you prepare for the wine side of things. EOX manager Sarah O'Kelley will taste you through a variety of wines to suit many palates and occasions. From affordable bubbly to the perfect white to cut through holiday richness to the red that pleases everyone — you will leave with a better understanding of what makes for perfect pairings. There will even be snacks on hand to better demonstrate how these wines work with food!
