Join Certified Sommelier Sarah O’Kelley for Somm School 2.0 as she dives a little deeper into the wine regions of the world. This class will focus on the iconic region of Burgundy – from Chablis through the Côte d’Or. This is the birthplace of Chardonnay and Pinot Noir, and its rich history (both cultural and geological) creates the perfect environment for these grapes. Sarah will guide you through this history and four outstanding wines! Ticket cost is $30 with a 50% discount to those working in the food and beverage industry.
