Palmetto Brewery Company invites you to Coleman Public House on Monday, September 10th, at 6pm, for "Burgers, Brew, and You: A 5-Flight Night With Beer, Food, & Friends"...featuring many of our new, small batch beers, including several that will be making their Charleston debut, like Brut IPA, Sahti and Cranberry Berliner Weisse.

• Raspberry Rewind, 5.0% ABV

• Peach Gazpacho, pickled beets, goat cheese, brioche croutons
• Brut IPA, 7.5% ABV

Two

• Duck Confit Slider, brie, cranberry aioli, crispy potatoes
• Cranberry Berliner Weisse, 3.1% ABV

Three

• Thai Shrimp Burger, mango salsa, tempura Mepkin Abbey oyster mushrooms, sesamie aioli, sweet soy glaze
• Mango IPA - 6.5 % ABV

Four

• Bratwurst, sauerkraut, baby carrots, potato, mustards
• Sahti, 6.5% ABV

Dessert

• Ricotta Cheesecake, caramel, stone fruit
• Plum Sour, 5.8% ABV
