For one night in June, we'll get the chance to experience acclaimed Nashville restaurant Rolf and Daughter's unique take on "modern peasant food" in our very own backyard, as James Beard award-nominated chef Philip Krajeck and his team take up residency in the Butcher & Bee kitchen.

With a little help from the B&B crew, the RAD team will be serving a selection of hit dishes from their menu, including their dynamite handmade pasta, for a special one night engagement on Thursday, June 19. Menu specifics are in the works, but expect 5 courses of expertly-blended Mediterranean influences and Southern ingredients (sound familiar?).

There will be two seatings that night, an early one at 6pm and a later session at 8:30pm. The second seating includes a special cocktail tasting at High Wire Distilling Co. and wine pairings with dinner. However, wine and beer will be available for purchase at both the first and second seating (please note that our usual BYOB policy will not be in effect that evening and there will be a $15 corkage fee for outside beer and wine).
